Tuition and Enrollment

The tuition and enrollment rates are listed below, separated into two categories: Members and Non-Members. If a camper is enrolled in our Before and After Program throughout the school year, they are considered a Member of BaseCamp and follow the Regular Schedule. If a camper is not enrolled in our Before and After Program, but wants to do camp/break weeks or drop-ins ONLY, they are considered a Non-Member of BaseCamp and will follow the Break Schedule.

Initial Annual Enrollment Fee (August - May):
○  $150 for 1st camper
○  $75 for each additional camper

Annual Re-Enrollment Fee:  $50 per camper

Summer Enrollment Fee (June - July):
○ 20% down payment of Summer fees required to hold your spot.

Mornings only - $58 per week
Afternoon only - $119 per week
Both Mornings and Afternoons - $152 per week

Members receive priority Break Schedule attendance

For weeks with a WCSD holiday, for campers to attend the full day (optional), tuition is an additional $20/$30/$40 that week depending on current attending schedule camper is enrolled. Those days are as follows:
-Nevada Day
-Election Day
-Winter Break Teacher Work Day
-Martin Luther King Jr. Day
-President’s Day

Fall/Winter/Spring Breaks: $230 per week (includes all field trips)
Summer 2024 Break: $239 per week (includes all field trips)

Break Schedule Reservation Fee: 20% down payment to hold spot for each week**
*This is due in advance and holds your spot.
*Members get first priority; non-members can sign up space permitting

 

Fall/Winter/Spring Break: $255 per week (includes field trips)
Summer 2024 Break: $265 per week (includes all field trips)
*Tuition will be due the Wednesday before camp

Drop-In Days: $70 per day* (includes field trips)
*Drop-ins must scheduled in advance; capacity permitting
